Right of Withdrawal

As an individual consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you physically received the goods — no reason required.
Merchandise must be returned to 3DR Inc. before any refund is processed. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Please use the contact form below and include all of the following. You will receive an automatic email confirmation with a timestamp as required by law.
- Your full name
- Order number (found in your confirmation email)
- Email address used at purchase
- Product(s) you wish to withdraw
- Date you received the delivery
- Your delivery address
You must return goods in their original condition. You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature and functioning — as you would in a physical store.
- Physical damage caused by the customer
- Use beyond what was necessary to inspect the product
- Missing parts, accessories, or documentation
- Altered, modified, or tampered condition
- Damaged or destroyed original packaging
- Signs of installation, soldering, or integration
The following are exempt under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. As 3DR manufactures many products to order, a significant portion of our catalog may fall under these exemptions.
